We currently ship to destinations within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. All orders are processed and fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays 📅). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day ⏭️.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method ⚖️. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation 💰.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout 📩. This confirmation will include a tracking number, where applicable, allowing customers to monitor the status of their shipment through the designated carrier's platform 🔍.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions 🚛, customs processing 🛃, severe weather conditions 🌧️⛈️, or other force majeure events ⚠️.
For orders shipped to Canada, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by Canadian customs authorities 💸. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout.
